Terms and conditions

Players must arrive 10 minutes before the booked game time. If a player or the team arrives 15 minutes later or more, the game will start without them. The price charged will be the total of players in the game.

If a player needs to leave the game before it's over, they can do it at any time, but in some rooms they cannot go back in. Full charges will apply.

If the team does not arrive in time for their booking, after 15 minutes their time will begin to run, teams can choose to still play with less than 60 minutes, if they choose to move it to a later hour/date, they will need to pay for another booking.

Cancelations and refunds:

48 hours before the game, we refund 100%

24 hours before the game, we refund 50%

Less than 24 hours before the game or in case of a “no show”, 100% will be charged.

For your safety, Fox in a Box Mexico City does not save or keep credit card info, nor gives it to anyone else.

The general terms of sale are provided for the purpose of enabling buyers to place an order. By placing an order the buyer acknowledges his/ her complete acceptance, without exception, of the general sales conditions.

1 – PRICES
1.1- The prices that are listed by Fox in a Fox Mexico City include a 60 minutes play of our game, and are shown in Mexican pesos.
1.2- All other services that are not included in the initial reservation will be billed in addition.
1.3- Fox in a Fox Mexico City reserves the right to request an ID from customers who might be minors.
1.4- Fox in a Fox Mexico City reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Services will be billed according to the rates in effect at the moment the order is placed.
2 – RESERVATIONS
